1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ayowa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account and conduct commercial transactions. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Marketplace & Transactions

• Buyer Terms: Buyers agree to pay the stated prices, applicable taxes, and delivery fees for orders placed. All purchases must be made in good faith.
• Seller Terms: Sellers agree to provide accurate descriptions, maintain adequate inventory, fulfill orders promptly, and adhere to platform quality and consumer protection guidelines.
• Service Bookings: Service providers agree to perform booked services professionally, safely, and at agreed scheduled times.

4. Content, Streaming & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you publish on Ayowa (videos, livestreams, comments, stories), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property or violate our Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in:

• Fraud, money laundering, or unlawful financial activities.
• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, defamation, or impersonation.
• Sale of illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or stolen goods.
• Automated scraping, denial of service attacks, or disruption of our infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability & Termination

Ayowa provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a threat to the community.
