1. Commitment to Child Protection

Ayowa has absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), and any conduct that endangers the physical or mental safety of minors. The protection of children is our highest priority.

2. Prohibited Behaviors

  • CSAM/CSAE: Creating, uploading, distributing, soliciting, or facilitating access to any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation material is strictly prohibited.
  • Predatory Conduct & Grooming: Attempting to contact minors for inappropriate purposes, soliciting personal contact details, or engaging in predatory grooming behaviors results in immediate termination and law enforcement referral.
  • Endangerment & Exploitation: Depicting child labor exploitation, trafficking, physical abuse, or endangerment is strictly banned.

3. Detection & Law Enforcement Reporting

We utilize proactive automated scanning, hash matching against known CSAM databases, and rigorous human moderation. Any identified instance of child sexual abuse or endangerment is immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant global law enforcement agencies.

4. Age Requirements & Parental Controls

Users must meet our minimum age requirements to hold an account. We encourage parents and guardians to participate in and monitor the online activities of minors. If you believe a minor is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately and notify us at accounts@innovaltra.com.
